Terms of Service
Clean Game Turbo
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Using the App
These Terms apply when you download, install, or use Clean Game Turbo (the “App”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App does not provide an in-app account or sign-in.
2. What the App does
Clean Game Turbo is an Android game launcher and device utility. Its current features include:
- Game list and launch: add launchable apps to the list and open a selected app.
- Game-session settings: apply selected device settings such as screen brightness, media/ringtone volume, and Do Not Disturb, subject to Android permissions and device support.
- Game Mode overlay: a per-game, VIP feature that can display the App’s control panel over a game after you enable it and grant overlay permission. The panel may show device-level information and includes an optional control to keep the display awake while the overlay is active.
- Auto Game Mode: an optional VIP feature that detects a registered game entering the foreground when enabled and when Usage Access is granted.
- Gaming history and statistics: locally recorded session duration, launch count, battery readings, battery-temperature readings, and system-wide RAM-use readings. These are not measurements of the game’s own FPS, CPU/GPU use, or memory allocation.
- Cleaner: review media and app-owned temporary files, find large or duplicate media, and choose items for deletion. The App may also show launchable apps and open Android’s standard app-uninstall flow.
- Device information: view selected hardware, battery, storage, and network information reported by Android.
- Service notifications: Android may display the App’s own notification while a foreground service is active, subject to Android notification settings and permission.
The App does not modify game code, report in-game FPS, tune a game’s CPU/GPU, or free RAM or clear private cache belonging to another app. Displayed device readings are system-level readings.
3. Permissions and system settings
Some features require permissions or special access that you grant through Android, including access to selected media, Usage Access, Notification Access, overlay permission, permission to modify system settings, or Do Not Disturb access. You can decline or revoke access in Android Settings; the related feature may then be unavailable or limited.
When you enable session controls, changes such as brightness or volume can affect the device outside the selected game. The App’s current session cleanup attempts to restore saved brightness and volume values. For Do Not Disturb, the current code sets Android’s interruption filter to “All” when a session ends; it does not restore a previous custom filter. Check your device’s Do Not Disturb setting after a session if you had a custom filter enabled. Android behavior can vary by version and device.
The optional screen-awake control works while the Game Mode overlay is active and may use additional battery power.
4. Cleaner and deletion
- The App may directly remove cache and selected temporary files owned by Clean Game Turbo. It does not clear another app’s private cache or RAM.
- For photos, videos, or audio in Android’s shared media library, you choose the items and the App requests deletion through Android’s system confirmation flow. The App does not silently delete those media items.
- Duplicate detection compares media locally on the device. The App does not upload scanned media to a developer-operated server.
- The App has no undo for a completed deletion. Android or your media app may or may not provide a recovery option; the App cannot guarantee recovery.
- If you choose to uninstall another app, the App opens Android’s uninstall flow. Android controls the confirmation and uninstall operation.
Review your choices carefully before confirming deletion or uninstalling an app.
5. Advertising, VIP, and Google Play Billing
The App integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP. Google handles its advertising, consent, and related data processing under Google’s own policies. The App also uses Google Play Billing to display subscription products and verify subscription entitlement. Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and purchase conditions are those shown by Google Play at the time of purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play; uninstalling the App does not cancel it.
VIP features are enabled when the App’s entitlement check recognizes an active Google Play purchase. The App caches a VIP status locally and checks subscription status through Google Play Billing.
Advertising limitation in this app version: the VIP screen advertises an “Ad-Free Experience,” but the Home screen’s post-scan interstitial path in the current source does not check VIP status before requesting/showing an ad. Therefore, this version may still request or show an ad when VIP is active. Do not treat this Terms page as a guarantee that every ad placement is suppressed. The App’s current code also does not check UMP consent state on that specific Home-screen request path; this should be corrected before claiming that all ad requests wait for consent.
6. Data and Privacy
Local processing, session-history storage, permissions, and Google service data are described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the relevant features.
7. Availability and limitations
Feature availability depends on Android permissions, device and operating-system behavior, Google Play services, and third-party apps. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the games or apps you add. It does not guarantee better game performance, higher FPS, lower temperatures, improved battery life, or a particular amount of storage reclaimed. The App may not operate continuously if Android or the device stops its background service.
8. Your responsibilities
- Use the App lawfully and only grant permissions you are comfortable granting.
- Choose and review media or apps before approving deletion or uninstall actions in Android.
- Manage Google Play subscriptions and payment methods through Google Play.
- Do not use the App to infringe another person’s rights or interfere with another person’s device or data.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for loss arising from a deletion or system-setting change that you chose and confirmed, or from behavior of Android, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, or a third-party app.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised when the App or its services change. The latest version and its effective date will be published at the App’s Terms of Service link. Any change will be subject to applicable law.
